ISI’s data center provides a physically secure and technical operating environment and is equipped with the following industry-standard features:

ISI’s reliable and high performance network infrastructure is strategically engineered to support mission critical applications.  Built around Cisco’s state of the art routers and switches, ISI offers a redundant network for Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet speed.  Our infrastructure service levels provide for 99.9 availability, packet loss not to exceed 1% and data travel within our network not to exceed 120 milliseconds.

Data Backup and Restore 

ISI’s data center is equipped with automated tape backup system using DLT technology and VERITAS management software for on demand data backups and restores.  Using our professionally trained staff, ISI can manage your backups for any volume of data.  From 1 Gigabyte to 30 Terabytes of data, ISI has a solution to ensure your data integrity while optimizing server availability. 

ISI has been working with many of the industries leading off-site storage vendors and can arrange for off-site storage of your data.  

 

Project Management 

Ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into our data center is essential to the success of ISI and our clients.  One of our experienced project managers will be assigned to each customer installation and perform the following services:

Network Command Center 

ISI provides for 24X7 Network and Server monitoring via our fully automated Network Command Center (NCC).  The NCC houses the corporate ISI Help Desk who are responsible for the monitoring of network traffic and server performance, alerting the client in an automated fashion whenever a designated threshold or an outage has been reached.  ISI uses Industry standard help desk tools, such as Remedy, for problem reporting and tracking.
