NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY

 ISI/NCS opened a new 22,000 square foot production facility near Dulles Airport on 1 June. The facility, one of the largest of its kind in the area, consolidates the print room of Interactive Systems Inc, the print, mailshop and data entry divisions of National Conversion Systems (NCS), and the entire ADM/ProTech shop, acquired by ISI in May 2000.

Personalization capacity exceeds 800,000 continuous color sheets per day on 4 Siemens Printers and 128,000 cut sheets per day on Xerox Printers. Additionally, impact printing and SCITEX ink-jet addressing are accommodated.  

Mail Shop includes labeling, five inserters (32 stations), 6 Bursters/Folders, and Cutters, Tabbers and Stampers. Specialized fulfillment to high volume mail processing can be handled accurately and with significant cost efficiency.

Software Applications include Merge/Purge, Address Standardization, Group One (full suite of postal enhancement products), CorelDraw, CorelVentura, and Adobe Pagemaker.
