Even the most powerful tools have limited use without the underpinning of quality service and support. Providing database management services to the non-profits community demands a keen understanding of the terminology, methodology, and special dynamics particular to a fundraiser. Our client services staff has extensive non-profit support experience and our diverse technical staff has over twenty years, on average, of experience in fundraising applications. In addition to each staff members’ personal commitment to excellence, strict quality control procedures are in place for every product developed by ISI. We provide a full range of data processing services to help you achieve unparalleled results.

These services include:

List Rental Fulfillment -

We can accomplish all fulfillment needs including continuation codes, Nth selects, key coding, etc. Normal turnaround time is two working days, with the understanding that about 10% of orders usually need rush” service.

Finder Number Generation -

For all prospecting, a unique Intelligent Finder number can be generated. This finder number can then be printed on all prospecting response devices.

NCOA and CASS Certification -

Reduce mailer costs and undeliverable mail by providing the most current address information for matches made from the National Change of Address database. Database file is recommended to be NCOA-ed four times per year, according to current US Post Office regulations. We will provide all outgoing and updating of the database and will assume full responsibility for the process upon your approval.

Database Integration -

ISI is expert in converting complex non-profit and commercial databases and can avoid many usual pitfalls associated with the conversion process.

Customization -

InterAct can be tailored to the client’s unique needs without overwhelming development costs.

Training -

Initial and follow-up training classes held at the ISI headquarters is free of charge and typically requires two three-hour sessions. Travel costs only are charged for initial training outside of the Washington Metropolitan area.

Consulting -

We provide consulting services for non-profit, association, commercial, and government clients to assist in determining the most cost-effective and application-responsive solutions for their information processing requirements.

Merge/Purge -

ISI provides all outgoing and updating of the database upon receipt of the Merge/Purge and is cost competitive with all major vendors. Normal turnaround time is five to seven working days from receipt of last tape through presort processing.

Congressional Appends -

Provides the ability to append congressional district, representative, and senators will be necessary and may be required for some house file selects. ISI will be held responsible for supplying and verifying correct, up-to-date congressional append information.
