Fair use guidelines for use and reference of Interactive Systems Inc. trademarks:
Interactive Systems Inc. (herein referred to as "ISI") "trademarks" include the famous ISI block logo and other designs owned and used by ISI (collectively referred to herein as "logos"), as well as ISI product and service names (collectively referred to herein as "product names"). ISI takes great care in the development and protection of its trademarks and reserves all rights of ownership of its trademarks.

Use of ISI logos:
carefully limits the use of its logos. No other company may use ISI logos unless it has the express written permission of ISI, or is licensed by ISI to do so

Incorrect use of ISI trademarks:

Do not omit a footnote/attribution for ISI trademarks.
Do not alter the approved trademark.
Do not create any new logo for ISI or ISI product names.
Do not incorporate any ISI product names into your company's product names.
Do not incorporate any ISI product names into the root domain of any website owned by your company.
Do not misspell or use lower case letters when using the name ISI in text.
Do not use the ISI taglines.
Do not connect your company name with ISI product names.
Do not use the trademark name for a product or service as a noun, or in the plural form.
Do not misspell or incorrectly capitalize ISI trademarks.

The listed trademarks of the following companies require marking and attribution:

Oracle, Oracle logo are trademarks of Oracle Corporation in the United States, other countries, or both.

Microsoft, Windows, Windows NT, and the Windows logo are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation in the United States, other countries, or both.

UNIX is a registered trademark of The Open Group in the United States and other countries.

Linux is a trademark of Linus Torvalds in the United States, other countries, or both.

Other company, product, or service names may be trademarks or service marks of others.
